Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your event, please review the following guidelines.
If you cancel 14 days before the scheduled event, you will receive a full refund of any payment made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
If you cancel between 5-13 days, you will receive 50% refund of any payment made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
If you cancel in less than 72 hours, no refund will be issued.
If you wish to reschedule your event, please notify us at least 14 days in advance.
Rescheduling within 7 days will incur a 25% rescheduling fee.
